In the morning, the scent of fresh bread from our in-house bakery, hot coffee, and regional specialties fill the air. At the buffet, you’ll find cheese, cold cuts, jams, muesli, and hot dishes made to order. Whether you’re a hotel guest or just dropping by – if you start your day here, you’re starting it with flavour and a view of more to come. Even if you’re just stopping by for coffee & croissants, you’re more than welcome.

Our bar with historic flair
Named after the legendary London Beer Flood of 1814, our “Bierflut” is all about liquid joie de vivre – no flooding, just good vibes.
Set in a space lined with 200–300-year-old larch wood and fully renovated, it blends rustic charm with modern bar culture.
Alongside our SPELUCA beers, you’ll find a curated selection of drinks to match the mood, the music, and the moment. Add to that: tapas, live sports on screen, live music – and for smokers, a stylishly clad fumoir made from darkened reclaimed wood.
New at the bar: a nail stock, dart machine and a football table.
Open Thursday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m. onwards.
From the 18th of December, the Bar “Bierflut” will be open daily from 4 p.m.
